Aug. 22nd, 2003 10:18 amI'm going to have to stop waving at people I know when I have my helmet on. :P
The weather has finally cooled off significantly. All I see is grey in the sky. The province can sure use some rain, especially to ease the fires and replenish our water reservoires. The weather must be really screwy for Vancouverites to wish for rain.
It has finally been decided that we are going to go to Prague, Vienna and Rome at the end of next month. Now I just have to wait and see if Nesha can book this for us today. I wanted to wait for N to join us since he had wanted to go to Prague but his future after he finishes the woodworking program isn't predictable right now.
I am looking forward to experiencing and seeing the art, architecture and culture at these places in a month. And we can't forget those little sausages now, can we? ;)
It's going to be a busy weekend. On Saturday, I'm hoping I can take Nesha down to Wreck beach in the evening to get a good look at Mars. Or maybe we should go to the observatory for that?
On Sunday, we'll be going to the Comix & Zine event, the motorcycle fashion show at Flying Swan and then out to see kode IV.
And tonight, I may finally finish watching that movie, the Story of Qui Ju, that I have been watching on and off the last 2 days.
