Whew... what a Friday! I had to vamoose my ass out to Richmond for an impromptu family dinner. I stayed behind to make Nesha a special anniversary CD of Dead Can Dance tracks so I went straight out to the restaurant after that. It was wonderful sitting down with my family but I had to leave early before it got too dark since I only had my tinted motorcycle helmet visor with me. It was like wearing sunglasses at night.

I rushed home in the warm night and then picked up my photos from London Drugs. There were some photos there that I wanted to give to N before he left for Nelson. There were two of me sitting in his lap in our group photos. With all the rushing around in the heat, my shirt was icky underneath my jacket. I hope I wasn't too stinky at the farewell party.

When I got there, I was greeted with a heady scent in the living room. A huge bong was being used by a few people. It gave me a headache that lasted throughout the entire night. I spent most of the time there on the porch but I still had a major headache when I left.

Luckily, N caught me before I went home since he left his backpack behind. I brought it over for him since he was still packing and gave him a final hug. I'll miss our shenanigans together.
